Based on Wangal Country (in Sydney, Australia), Marc has spent his career working on education, changing mindsets and enabling action within the frames of First Nations Peoples, Community Investment and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Practice.

Most recently, Marc led Social Impact Programs for Accor Pacific for over 9 years. He was responsible for re-vitalising Accor’s First Nations Affairs including a nation-leading careers program; redesigning community impact partnerships and restructuring Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, strategies to bring together the Pacific region.

Marc is also a Global Atlantic Fellow for Social Equity where he seeks to create genuine opportunities to preserve, practice and embrace First Nations culture through tourism. By developing relationships based on respect & reciprocity, Marc creates opportunities to share knowledge, history, and culture as a way of enabling an Australia that has a clear identity and a can create more equitable future for all.

Marc enjoys making complex simple and turns good intentions into collective actions for a more equitable future. He gets up every day with the goal of leaving the world in a better, more connected and beautiful place.
