Key for young Indigenous people is education and feeling connected to culture with support at each step of their journey. A GO Scholarship gives both.
We are so excited that more GO Students want to attend university but the cost for students and their families is high. Help GO to support students with a financial scholarship, cultural support through Culture Connect Days and Alumni events and access to GO’s partner and supporter network who can help provide career opportunities at the end of their studies.
A GO scholarship provides wrap around support for students if and when they need it. Students receive scholarship payments twice a year. The schoalrship means they might not have to take that third or fourth shift of part time work which leaves them to focus on their studies. If students need assistance with housing or have any other needs, GO is here to help with the assistance of our Partners and supporters.
